how long will my project take, and what is your pricing structure?
Taiz offers two signature packages: The Half-Day Refresh is 4 hours for £250, focusing on a single, smaller area like a pantry or closet. The Full-Day Transformation is 8 hours for £450, ideal for deep organizing in large spaces such as a full kitchen or master wardrobe.
do you provide sourcing or purchasing of organisation products?
We offer a bespoke sourcing service for organisational products. Whether you're looking for certain products or specific solutions, we can source and purchase everything on your behalf. This service is available as an optional step in most of our services, or as a standalone offering. Every item is selected to suit both your space and your style, ensuring a cohesive result.
can you work alongside interior designers or movers during a project?
Yes, we regularly collaborate with interior designers, movers, and stylists to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. We work flexibly alongside other professionals to organise, style, and complete each space to the highest standard. Our goal is to complement their work while adding our own unique value.
what happens in my consultation?
During your consultation, we’ll take the time to understand your space, your lifestyle, and what you’re hoping to achieve. We’ll talk through the areas you would like our help with. You’re welcome to ask questions and share ideas at this stage. Afterwards, we’ll send over a tailored proposal outlining our recommended approach, estimated timeline and next steps, as well as an estimated quote.
do you have a waiting list?
Our availability varies throughout the year, and we do sometimes operate with a waiting list during busy periods. If you have a specific timeframe in mind, such as for a move, we recommend getting in touch as early as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you.
As we do our utmost to accommodate our clients and their occasional change in schedule, slots may open up, enabling us to take on new clients and expedite our waiting list. We therefore encourage all enquiries.
how do you ensure cultural sensitivity when working with international clients?
We take great care to ensure cultural sensitivity when working with international clients. Our approach is always respectful, discreet, and tailored to your preferences. We take the time to understand any cultural practices, values, or household norms that may influence how you use your space, and how we should conduct ourselves when in your home.

which areas of london do you cover?
We primarily serve London Travel Zones 1–3, including neighbourhoods such as Chelsea, Kensington, Notting Hill, Hampstead, Highgate, and Islington. We are happy to travel beyond these zones; however, additional travel fees may apply based on the distance from our central base.
how do you handle the congestion charge (coz) and ulez?
Transparency is key to our service. For projects located within the Congestion Charge Zone (CCZ), a fixed £45 Operating Surcharge is added to the invoice. This covers the daily CCZ fee and contributes toward professional parking logistics. For areas outside the CCZ but within the ULEZ, a flat fee of £20 applies to cover regional operating costs.
what about parking?
If on-site parking or a visitor’s permit is not available, any parking fees incurred during the session will be added to the final invoice at cost. We always aim to find the most cost-effective and secure parking solutions near your property.
Pro-Tip: If you are able to provide a visitor’s parking permit, please let us know during your consultation, and we will adjust your surcharge accordingly.
do you handle the removal of items after decluttering?
Yes. Every session includes the removal of one carload of items to be taken to a local charity centre or recycling point at no extra charge. For larger volumes or "bulk waste" (furniture, large appliances, etc.), we can arrange a third-party collection on your behalf for an additional fee.
what if I need to reschedule my session?
We understand that life in London moves fast. You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours in advance without losing your deposit. Please note that rescheduling more than twice, or to a date beyond two months from the original booking, will require a new deposit to secure the date.
