Low-Emission & Operating Surcharges

To cover mandatory road user fees and essential parking when working in specific zones:

Central London Operating Surcharge: Sessions occurring within the Congestion Charge Zone (CCZ) incur a fixed-rate surcharge of £45. This contributes toward the CCZ fee and standard parking costs. For areas outside the CCZ but within the ULEZ where parking is restricted, a flat fee of £20 plus the cost of parking will apply.

Travel Surcharge: Any travel outside a 10-mile radius from SW7 will incur a travel fee of £1.50 per extra mile (return journey included)

Extra Organiser Rate

If a project requires a second organiser, the charge for the extra organiser is £ £450 per day, per organiser (8-hour day) and must be booked in advance.

Extra Project Time:

Some projects may require additional time beyond the agreed scope. This extra time is charged at £60 per hour.

Travel Costs:

Travel within the first 30 minutes is complimentary (free of charge). Any necessary travel time exceeding 30 minutes will be discussed and agreed upon with you in advance.

Waste Disposal Policy

To ensure we maintain focus on organising and comply with proper disposal regulations:

No General Garbage: Taiz Services does not take home any general household garbage, food waste, or non-recyclable refuse. Our focus is on items suitable for charity donation or recycling.

Bulk Waste Disposal Service (Extra Charge): If the client needs removal of items beyond the single included carload of donations (e.g., specific dump runs for bulky waste or large volumes), this must be pre-arranged.

This service will be quoted separately based on the time taken, type of waste, transport costs, and any required third-party fees (e.g., Wandsworth dump charges, van hire, or commercial disposal fees).

General Payment Terms

A non-refundable [ 25%] deposit is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due on the day of service.
