Signature Organising Packages

All packages include a primary carload of donations/recycling taken to a local centre at no extra charge.

The Half-Day Refresh | £250 Designed for focused attention on a single small area or for clients who wish to sample our service.

Duration: 4 Hours

Ideal for: Small walk-in closets, pantries, or a specific desk/office corner.

Goal: Fast, visible results and immediate momentum.

The Full-Day Transformation | £450 Our most popular choice for deep dives and transformative organising in high-traffic areas.

Duration: 8 Hours (includes a 30-minute break)

Ideal for: Full kitchens, large master wardrobes, garages, or unpacking projects.

Goal: Complete functional and aesthetic transformation of a primary space.

Financial Policies & Surcharges

Standard Rates & Extra Time

Extra Project Time: If a project requires time beyond the agreed scope, it is charged at £60 per hour.

Extra Organiser Rate: For larger projects requiring a second organiser, the rate is £450 per day (8 hours) and must be booked in advance.

Travel & Operating Surcharges

London Operating Surcharge: Sessions within the Congestion Charge Zone (CCZ) or ULEZ incur a fixed surcharge of £35–£50. This covers ULEZ, Congestion Charges, and necessary parking.

Travel Time: Travel within the first 30 minutes is complimentary. Travel time exceeding 30 minutes will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Mileage: Travel outside our standard operating radius will incur a travel fee (to be agreed upon at the time of booking).

Payment Terms

Deposit: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

Balance: The remaining balance is due on the day of service upon receipt of the invoice.

♻️ Waste Disposal & Donations Policy

To maintain focus on organising and comply with UK disposal regulations, we adhere to the following:

Charity & Recycling: We gladly handle one carload of items suitable for charity donation or recycling as part of your package.

No General Garbage: Taiz Fischborn does not remove general household garbage, food waste, or non-recyclable refuse. These must be disposed of via your standard residential collection.

Bulk Waste Disposal (Premium Service): If you require the removal of bulky waste or volumes exceeding one carload, this must be pre-arranged. This service is quoted separately based on time, transport, and third-party commercial disposal fees (e.g., local council dump charges or van hire).

Booking & Personal Shopping

Consultations: Free in-person consultations (Zones 1-3). Outside these zones, virtual consultations are free, or in-person visits are charged at £80 per hour.

Personal Shopping: Charged at a flat rate of £150 for the first 3 hours (sourcing and list creation), then £80 per hour thereafter.

Cancellations: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the start time may result in the loss of the deposit.

Privacy & Professionalism

Discretion: We offer absolute discretion for all clients, including high-net-worth individuals. We are happy to sign NDAs/Confidentiality Agreements.

Imagery: We take "before and after" photos for our records and marketing. We ensure no clients or sensitive locations are identifiable. Please let us know if you prefer no photos to be taken.
